AIESEC in Jönköping reopened in 2014 and has been developing leadership in youth since then. The Local Committee is divided into four functional areas: Business to Customer operations, Business to Business operations, People Management, and Finance.
Business to Customer operations are providing internship and volunteer opportunities for youth who want to broaden their horizon, develop their leadership skills and experience an international environment.
Our global volunteer project team focuses especially on projects concerning the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 4, 12 and 13 for this summer 2017.
Our Business to Business operations are focusing on a great delivery of our incoming exchange participants to Husqvarna Group. Our team makes sure that the exchange participants have a memorable and essential experience for their future careers.
The function of People Management focuses on the development of every single member of the committee, creates and conducts meetings and supports the projects in their operations. They ensure a meaningful and essential experience for every single member.
Our finance team keeps track of our financial situation and clinches to the organization’s sustainable growth.
AIESEC in Jönköping
Mimi Bartoschek, president of AIESEC in Jönköping. After starting her bachelors in International Management at Jönköping University in 2016, she became a member of AIESEC. Before being elected president, Mimi was a team member of Outgoing Exchange. Mimi was abroad on a voluntary social year teaching English. Since she has lived, worked and traveled in many different countries she is a truly open- minded and international person.
Efosa Ehigiator, team leader of Outgoing Global Volunteer. Currently he is writing his master’s thesis on digital skills development in Jönköping County at Jönköping University. Efosa likes playing football, traveling and hanging out with friends. He joined AIESEC in Jönköping in the spring of 2016 and has been working as a member of Outgoing exchange before taking up his new role.
Heidi Botic, Vice president of incoming exchange. Heidi joined AIESEC in Jönköping in the fall of 2016 and has been part of Outgoing Exchange before switching positions and becoming part of incoming exchange. She studies her bachelors in International Management at Jönköping University.
Michael Li, Vice President of People Management. Currently doing a Master’s degree in Digital Business at Jönköping University. First got to know AIESEC during Bachelors in the UK, and was drawn to AIESEC’s Culture. However, it was too late before he realized he wanted to join AIESEC. So, deciding to not miss another opportunity to join AIESEC and make a difference, he began his journey as a Team Leader for Talent Management in AIESEC in Jönköping.
Damir Kokic, project leader of Outgoing Global Talent. He joined AIESEC in Jönköping in Febuary 2017. Currently Damir is studying his bachelors in International Management at Jönköping University.
